Meet Our Owner and Compliance Director, Andrew Rempfer
Andrew founded JAB Consulting & Planning out of his passion for building code compliance and his extensive experience as a construction code official for Point Pleasant Borough and Bay Head Borough.
As the youngest construction official in the State of New Jersey, he saw an opportunity to take his daily expertise and offer clients a way to streamline their projects, helping them navigate the complexities of construction code regulations.
Recognized for his dedication, Andrew received the Excellence in CRS Award in 2023 from the New Jersey Association for Floodplain Management for his outstanding work in FEMA's Community Rating System (CRS) program.
His mission is to simplify the often overwhelming process of code compliance, ensuring that projects are completed smoothly and successfully while putting the needs and respect of his clients first.
